PRIMA LAW JOURNAL is a medium of communication for researchers, academics, and legal practitioners from around the world focusing on comparative law, transnational law, international legal studies, cross-border legal issues, and the interaction between national and global legal systems.

PRIMA LAW JOURNAL publishes high-quality original research articles and review papers contributed by scholars and professionals in law and related disciplines. The journal prioritizes manuscripts that demonstrate strong legal analysis, comparative perspectives, theoretical and practical relevance, and meaningful contributions to the development of law in a transnational context.

PRIMA LAW JOURNAL was first published in 2026 and is regularly published twice per year.

PRIMA LAW JOURNAL accepts submissions throughout the year. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed upon receipt through a peer-review process. Published manuscripts are written in standard English.

We offer our praise and gratitude to God Almighty, for by His grace and blessings, Prima Law Journal Vol 1 No 2, has been published as our second edition. The publication of this journal reflects our commitment to providing a high-quality platform for scholarly publication in the field of law and to fostering critical and constructive thought among academics, practitioners, and researchers alike.

This second edition features a variety of scholarly articles addressing current and relevant issues in legal development, spanning both national and global contexts. Each published manuscript has undergone a rigorous selection and peer-review process to ensure quality and scholarly integrity. We hope the articles presented here will make a tangible contribution to the advancement of legal scholarship and serve as a valuable resource for our readers.

We acknowledge that there may still be shortcomings in this second edition. Therefore, we welcome constructive criticism and suggestions to help us enhance the quality of Prima Law Journal in the future.
