Anemia during pregnancy remains a maternal health problem, especially in remote areas such as Titi Akar Village. This community service activity aimed to improve pregnant women’s knowledge regarding anaemia prevention. The activity was conducted on April 20, 2026, involving 25 pregnant women through counselling, pretest-posttest, haemoglobin examination, ultrasonography (USG), and home visits. Haemoglobin examination among 23 pregnant women showed that 15 participants (65.2%) had anaemia, while 8 participants (34.8%) were non-anaemic. Evaluation results showed that 21 out of 25 participants (84%) experienced increased knowledge after counselling, while 4 participants (16%) had unchanged scores with a significance value of p<0.001. This activity was effective in improving pregnant women’s understanding regarding anaemia prevention during pregnancy.
