Digital Detox Psychoeducational Intervention to Reduce Phubbing Behavior in Generation Z Students

This study aims to see the effectiveness of digital detox psychoeducation to reduce phubbing behaviour in generation Z students. The method used was a quantitative approach with a one-group quasi-experiment involving 25 active generation Z students. The intervention was carried out with psychoeducation which was carried out for 2 days. Data collection was carried out with a google form phubbing scale filled in by participants before and after the intervention. Data analysis used T test to test the mean difference in phubbing behaviour. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the mean pre-test score of 50.96 and the mean posttest score of 49.92. It can be stated that digital detox psychoeducational intervention can effectively reduce phubbing behaviour in generation Z students
